Long before AI governance was a mainstream conversation, Alex was already asking the questions most businesses hadn't thought to ask yet, not because AI is dangerous, but because nobody had been given the job of finding out where it already was.

That instinct came from more than twenty years in commercial leadership, account management and business operations, working directly with business owners, senior managers and corporate clients to solve real operational problems, not theoretical ones. It's a background built on practical judgement rather than technical theory, and it shapes everything about how NextGen works today: plain language over jargon, visibility over guesswork, and guidance that actually fits how a real business runs day to day.

Alex believes AI can deliver genuine benefit when it's used with transparency and proper oversight, and that most organisations aren't behind, they've simply never been asked the right questions yet. That's the gap NextGen exists to close.
